Donald Trump Jr. was the obvious star of Day 2 of the Republican National Convention. Before his speech, I was half-listening to the speakers while catching the live Fash the Nation. I enjoyed Tiffany Trump, Christie did well, and Trump’s video address was incredible. However, all paled in comparison to the young Don Jr.
Donald Jr. was the clear winner of the night, and definitely the best speaker we’ve seen so far at the convention. He spoke with a clear passion, and had an explicit message that foreshadows the ultimate transformation of the GOP as a ‘Worker’s Party’. Here’s a passage from his speech that really stood out to me.
“He’s recognized the talent and the drive that all Americans have. He’s promoted people based on their character, their street smarts, and their work ethic, not simply paper or credentials. To this day, many of the top executives in our company are individuals that started out in positions that were blue collar, but he saw something in them and he pushed them to succeed. His true gift as a leader is that he sees the potential in people that they don’t even see in themselves, the potential that other executives would overlook because their resumes don’t include the names of fancy colleges and degrees.”
This message is one that will resonate strongly with Middle America, with every man who’s felt belittled or disrespected by some asshole with an Ivy League degree, but no common sense. Donald Jr., through his upbringing by a ‘Blue-Collar Billionaire’ in his father, and a rural Czech family from his mother’s side, where he spent summers learning to hunt, fish, and other activities, is tapped into the mentality of the white working class that has been neglected for so long by both parties. He’s an avid gamesman and hunter, and has begun forging friendships and alliances with conservative icons like Willie Robertson Jr. of Duck Dynasty. Don Jr. has speculated that he could be a good Secretary of the Interior, with his love for all things outdoors.
Another fantastic excerpt of the speech is when Don Jr. tears into the political class and their benefactors, who’ve hijacked the United States for their own selfish purposes.
“We’ve produced the thickest network of patronage and influence of any country at any time in world history. It’s composed of a (((self-satisfied people))) at the top, our (((new aristocrats))). We can’t live that way any longer, it’s too risky.”
Don Jr. recognizes the filthy bourgeois, merchant elite who have hijacked the system, defiling it and denigrating rule of law and the interests of the American people for their own nefarious ends. As a member of the Trump nobility, he identifies with higher principles of family, country, and respect for the common man, unlike the rootless cosmopolitans who make up the party establishment of both major parties. Don Jr. has a beautiful family, with five young children! He’s surely doing his part to ensure America remains American.
Unlike most speakers at the RNC, who’ve mainly kept their heat on Hillary, or tried to talk up their own accomplishments in their fleeting fifteen minutes of fame, Don Jr. offers a bold, positive vision for Americans. His clear, bold proclamation shows his understanding of the vast potential of the American people if properly harnessed.
“There’s so much work to do. We will not accept the current state of our country because it’s too hard to change. That’s not the America I know. We’re going to unleash the creative spirit and energy of all Americans. We’re going to make our schools the best in the world for every single American. We’re going to put Americans first, all Americans, not a special class of (((crony elites))) at the top of the heap.”
Don Jr. harnesses the spirit and energy of Teddy Roosevelt with his bold vision for America. He borrows his father’s, and Charles Lindbergh’s, positive message of putting America First, a heretical message to our traitorous elite.
Don’s successful arrival on the national stage has already helped his father, with many quoting the passage from Matthew 7:16, “Ye shall know them by their fruits.” Donald Trump has raised incredible children, from Don Jr., to the elegant Ivanka, to Eric, to Tiffany, to the young Barron, they are all composed, well-dressed, fit, and a fantastic reflection of their father and patriarch.
Twitter was abuzz with praise for Don Jr. after his speech. Even cucks like Erik Erickson praised the young Donald for his skill and passion. Frank Luntz, GOP pollster, received incredible feedback from his focus group, with 16 of the 19 members saying they’d like to see Don Jr. run for office one day.
Rachel Maddow said Don Jr. “knocked it out of the park.” When MSNBC can’t deny the brilliance of a Republican’s speech, you know something significant has happened. Rich Lowry, editor of the National Review, gave a short “congrats, well done” tweet to Don Jr, which is incredible given how hostile Lowry has been to his father all year.
Don Jr. is clearly aware of his duty to this country. He retweeted someone using the hashtag #DonaldTrumpJr2024, showing his interests in entering the political arena. After coming off stage, he tweeted “Now that was intense. What a rush.” What a rush indeed! Don Jr. now has a taste for the spotlight, and I hope to see him follow in his father’s footsteps. It’s time to replace the Party of Bush with the Party of Trump. I expect Don Jr. to hold a post in his father’s administration, or perhaps run for a Congressional or statewide seat in New York. With his name, his father’s wealth, and his skill in public speaking, he is the perfect choice to succeed the Donald in 2024. He will demolish Paul Ryan, Rubio, Cruz, or any other pretenders for the throne, claiming his birthright as first-born to the Donald.
It’s time to get on board the Don Jr. Train. He has the strengths of his father, and has avoided the scandals that have followed Don Sr. throughout the years. Don Jr. will carry the mantle of Trumpism, and complete the transformation of the GOP from a hollow shell of globalist interests, into the Nationalist, populist movement that will Make America Great Again!
